Som meddelt i børsmeddelelse nr. 1 den 3. februar 2012 indgik bestyrelserne for NKT Holding A/S og Subsea 7 S.A. en betinget aftale vedrørende salg af NKT Flexibles.
Salget er gennemført i dag, således at NKT Flexibles er endelig overdraget til National Oilwell Varco på de tidligere meddelte vilkår.
