Listing of hybrid security
As informed in Company Announcement no. 11 of 5 September 2018, NKT A/S priced the EUR 150m hybrid security. The settlement date for the hybrid security is 12 September 2018.
The prospectus for the hybrid security has been approved by the Danish FSA and is available here: https://investors.nkt.com/bond-investors.
The hybrid security will be admitted to trading on the regulated market of Nasdaq Copenhagen from 12 September 2018.
