In regard to the Danish Security Trading Act §29 NKT Holding A/S has been informed that the fund company Nordea Invest Luxembourg, has acquired shares in NKT Holding A/S resulting in the 5% threshold to be passed.
The fund company Nordea Invest Luxembourg’s total shareholding has increased to 1,199,772 shares corresponding to 5.014% of the share capital of NKT Holding A/S.
