In regard to the Danish Security Trading Act §29 NKT Holding A/S has been informed that EdgePoint Investment Group Inc., Toronto, Canada, has acquired shares in NKT Holding A/S resulting in the 5% threshold to be passed.
EdgePoint Investment Group Inc.’s total shareholding has increased to 1,519,775 shares corresponding to 6.36% of the share capital of NKT Holding A/S.
