Following exercise of share warrants issued in January 2009 (ref. our release No. 6 of 14 March 2013), the share capital of NKT Holding is increased by a total nominal amount of 826,000 DKK, where after the total nominal share capital is 478,593,580 DKK.
The increase in share capital is registered in the enclosed Articles of Association dated 14 March 2013, Article 3.
