New appointment - NKT Holding A/S

From 1 July 2008 he will therefore join the NKTHolding Group Management, which has overall responsibility for strategicdevelopment within the NKT Group. The Group Management will henceforth consist of Thomas Hofman-Bang, Presidentand CEO, Søren Isaksen, Group Executive Director, CTO, and Michael HedegaardLyng, who will continue in charge of finance and accounting, IT and investorrelations. Michael Hedegaard Lyng (38) joined the NKT Group as CFO on 1 April 2007 and hasmany years' experience in industry, most recently from a position as CFO withthe company Brødrene Hartmann. Michael Hedegaard Lyng's background alsoincludes auditing and he holds a Graduate Diploma in Accountancy and an MSc. inBusiness Administration and Auditing.
