OMX The Nordic Stock Exchange, Copenhagen14 March 2008Release #6Exercise of warrants - increase of NKT Group share capital Following requests from a number of personnel to exercise their warrants fromthe share option programmes issued in 2005, the share capital of NKT Holdingwill be increased by the issue of 17,599 shares of a nominal value of 20 DKKeach. The share capital will thus be increased by a total nominal amount of351,980 DKK. The shares will be subscribed for based on warrants issued in 2005, as detailedin NKT's Stock Exchange Release No. 3 dated 6 January 2005. The subscriptionprice will be 167.8 DKK per nominal 20 DKK share. Following the increase in share capital, NKT's registered share capital willcomprise a total of 23,655,154 NKT shares of a nominal value of 20 DKK,corresponding to a total nominal share capital of 473,103,080 DKK. The increase in share capital will be registered in Article 3 of NKT's Articlesof Association. ConsequencesThe new shares will convey right to dividend as from the date of registrationwith The Danish Commerce and Companies Agency. As registration will take placebefore NKT's annual general meeting on 10 April 2008 this means the shares willconvey right to dividend for the 2007 financial year. The amount proposed asdividend by NKT's Board of Directors for approval at the annual general meetingwill thus be increased from 260,013,105 DKK to 260,206,694 DKK. The increase in capital described above will not affect the NKT Group'sforecast profits for 2008. Exercise of further warrantsThe increase in share capital described above represents exercise of 16.4% ofthe warrants available for exercise by NKT's employees during the currentexercise period ending on 15 April 2008. It is therefore considered that in the very near future it will be relevant toimplement a further increase of NKT's share capital as a result of potentialexercise of the 89,539 warrants still outstanding from 2003, 2004 and 2005.
