We can inform you that the outstanding authority approvals are now in place andthat Nilfisk-Advance has therefore acquired Viper with effect from 1 August2007. Viper will be an independent business entity within the Nilfisk-Advanceorganisation under the management of the existing Chinese Chief Executive whoin future will also assume sales responsibility for “Greater China”, whichincludes Hong Kong and Taiwan. Viper's operations in North America willcontinue to be administered from the existing distribution centre in Michigan.
